Program FAQ
Do I need a big following?+
No. UGC creators are chosen for content quality, not follower count.
Who owns the content I submit?+
Approved content may be used by Alerce on its site, social channels and ads. Terms for each campaign are shown before you join.
Do I need to disclose the partnership?+
Yes. Any post about Renuvelle that you are paid for or received free product for must be clearly disclosed (for example #ad or #AlercePartner), as required by the FTC.
How long does approval take?+
Every application is reviewed by a person. You will see your status update in your dashboard.
How do payouts work?+
Earnings are listed in your dashboard. Payouts are sent by the Alerce team to the payout method you add in your profile.
What can I say about the product?+
Share your honest experience. Do not claim Renuvelle treats, cures or prevents any condition.
